Example: When AILA asked USCIS whether moonlighting on an 485 derived EAD voids your H1-B (when you also keep your main job) seven months ago, they "take it under advice" but haven't bothered to answer the question. I've asked my lawyers and they are unwilling to say either way because they think USCIS could rule on it some day.
Leadership. They've heard of it.

no...education also checked during I-140. Just google 3 years degree and I-140 issues. Most of the time the PERM is gettting approval and only during the I-140 process people are facing issues.

Not sure what happens technically to the old CIR, but most likely both the senate and house will throw away their respective bills and start from scratch.
I have a hypethetical situation
1. Say in the election Dems get both house and Senate AND
2. No compromise happens in CIR at Lame Duck Session too. Also
no SKILL passes too AND
3. New winners Sworn in and its congress controlled by Dems.
Now what is the status of the CIR that was passed in the senate and
that house bill passed? Does it expire or go annul? Or can these
new members come a compromise on that? What could be the attittude of the congress member towards it? It would be really interesting to know the
legal sides and political attittude of lawmakers to it.

To my knowledge, neither paystubs, W2s nor tax returns are required for filing.
However, some attorneys (mine included) requested my tax returns for the last few years. I think this is so they are prepared just in case of RFE on something?

Usually in that instance, you should receive a NOID from the USCIS. It goes to your lawyer. Which is why, if you are absolutely sure that your employer will revoke the I-140, it is better to file for AC21 with your own lawyer.(Not the company lawyer). In such a case, even if USCIS sends a notice to deny, it will reach your lawyer rather than the company's lawyer

I absolutely agree. A good legislation is the only solution. Let us hope that more ppl have that far-sightedness and keep visiting and contributing to IV.
